Our Sunday Speed & Endurance Training session is expertly crafted to push participants to their limits in speed, agility, endurance, and mental toughness. What to expect

  • Warm-up & Dynamic Stretching - 10 minutes of preparation to prevent injury and optimize performance.
  • Speed and Control Drills (Individual) - 30 minutes of focused individual training to improve ball control and acceleration.
  • Team Coordination and Possession - 30 minutes of team-based exercises to enhance passing, movement, and tactical awareness.
  • Rotate Play - Positional Switch - 20 minutes of dynamic position rotation to develop versatility and game intelligence.
  • Cool-down & Recovery - 10 minutes of stretching and recovery techniques.
  • Professional Coaching - Expert trainers will provide real-time feedback and support throughout the session.
